Langara College Chemistry Lab Conversion (Vancouver Campus)
​
Description: The project involved conversion and renovation of the chemistry lab area on second floor to four Classrooms, Art room, Production room and Shop area. Complete mechanical scope included Plumbing, HVAC, Controls, Commissioning and Balancing. Lab Sinks, Eyewash stations, Compressed air hose reels, hydronic VAVs, and roof mounted exhaust fans were part of the installation. New Dust Collector system and Paint Booth were the specialty equipment installed in
the shop room. Project was successfully completed within budget and schedule.
UBC Old Admin Washroom Upgrade

Description: The project involved renovation of male and female and handicap washrooms in Old Administration Building at UBC. This was a phased project and to be carried out in a occupied building. UBC was very particular about the details and construction activity due to the high profile building occupants. We successfully managed and coordinated the material delivery and installation without any disturbance and interruption to the building activity. The project was successfully completed within schedule and per client’s expectations
Seymour Golf & County Club - Driving Range & Performance Center

Description: This project scope involved construction of new shelter for 15 driving ranges at Seymour Golf Course, North Vancouver. Range Shelter was a wood construction very artistically designed. Plumbing scope included underground and above ground Sanitary & Storm drainage including roof drains and floor drains. New water entry station was installed on the lower level with new drinking fountain and hose bibbs on the main floor. Project was successfully completed within budget and as per clients expectation.
KPU Sustainable Agriculture Lab & Offices
Description: The project involved renovation of the existing Lab on third floor of Kwantlen Polytechnic University Richmond Campus, to construct a new agriculture research lab and office space. Mechanical scope for this project included Plumbing, HVAC, Refrigeration, Controls and Sprinklers. New Lab Sinks, Backflow Preventers, Reverse Osmosis system, New Hydronic VAVs, AC
Split system were installed part of this scope. HVAC system is controlled and monitored by addition to existing DDC Controls. Project was successfully completed within budget and schedule.
